• Includes all areas under Silver Services
• Verbal reminders of meal times
• Occasional assistance with activities of daily living which may include, but are not limited to: bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.

Platinum - Additional $500/month - Based on a Personal Needs Assessment

• Includes all areas under Silver and Gold Services
• Frequent assistance which may include, but are not limited to: bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, assistance with meals and transferring.
