Executive Director

Dean Windsor, Executive Director, is also an owner and a licensed nurse. He has been at Amber Oaks for 12 years and has over 18 years of senior living experience. Dean is the leader of the Amber Oaks Team. He views his job as his second home and the residents and fellow employees as family.

Wellness Coordinator

Joyce Greer, LPN, Wellness Coordinator, assesses residents for appropriate levels of care and ancillary charges and continually encourages preventive measures for medical needs.

Business Office/Associate Director

Ronni Piccini, Associate Director and Business Office Manager, has been with Amber Oaks for 11 years. Amber Oaks’ family-oriented work culture brought her back to the community after temporarily leaving for a personal move. Ronni feels the residents are like her family.

“I was not here very long when I realized this was my forever career.”

Ronni is well versed in giving and booking tours, taking initial inquiries in addition to her responsibilities as Business Office Manager. She enjoys working with her team and prides herself that the residents and their families all know her by name.

Dietary Services

Eva Fisher started her career at Amber Oaks as Dietary Manager and Cook 10 years ago. From the start, she enjoyed Amber Oaks’ family-oriented work culture. Her passion for the culinary field led to her becoming known for her home-cooked meals.

Eva appreciates the support and opportunities Amber Oaks provides to help their employees succeed. Today, her close-knit team and community feel like her extended family.

Life Enrichment Director

Our life enrichment director is in charge of organizing and managing programs that help residents maintain important skills and lead fulfilling lives by developing programs and coordinating recreational activities for our residents. Her responsibilities involve working to coordinate activities based on resident interests, which include making an assessment of group or individual needs, running a volunteer program, and working to get residents access to outside resources that can improve their quality of life. Our life enrichment director inspires, engages, and enriches the lives by promoting the well-being of our Amber Oaks residents with a program that encompasses a holistic approach; mind, body, and spirit.

Entrusting the care of a senior loved one to someone else isn’t easy. At Amber Oaks, we understand that. Our commitment to providing quality care is something we take very seriously. We work hard to ensure residents live their best quality of life and give families peace of mind knowing their loved ones are in good hands.
